2. Platform Role
Spot2Wait operates as a technology marketplace platform.
Spot2Wait:

Does not operate or manage parking facilities

Does not control or supervise parking activities

Does not guarantee the condition of listed parking spaces
Parking arrangements are made directly between Drivers and Hosts.
Spot2Wait acts only as a facilitator of reservations and payments.
3. Eligibility
To use Spot2Wait you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate registration information

Maintain a valid account

Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Drivers must also maintain valid vehicle registration and insurance.
Spot2Wait reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

All activity conducted through their account
Users must notify Spot2Wait immediately if they believe their account has been compromised.
5. Drivers (Parents & Guardians)
Drivers may reserve parking spaces through the Platform.

Daycare visits

Short errands
Drivers agree to:

Park only in the designated space

Use the space only during the reserved timeframe

Follow instructions provided by the host

Park outside the designated space

Use the space for vehicle storage or repairs
Drivers remain responsible for their vehicles and any damage they cause.
6. Hosts (Homeowners & Businesses)
Hosts may list parking spaces including:

Residential driveways

Business parking lots

Commercial parking areas

Community parking spaces
Hosts must:

Have legal authority to list the space

Provide accurate listing information

Maintain safe and accessible parking areas

Follow local municipal regulations and bylaws
Spot2Wait does not inspect or certify listed parking spaces.
7. Parking Reservations
Drivers may reserve parking spaces through the Platform.
Reservation details include:

Reservation time
-
Price
-
Access instructions
Drivers must vacate the parking space when the reservation ends unless otherwise permitted.
Failure to do so may result in additional charges or penalties.
8. Payments
Drivers agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, which may include:

Spot2Wait service fees

Applicable taxes
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
9. Host Payouts
Hosts receive payments for completed reservations minus applicable platform fees.

10. Cancellations & Refunds
Drivers may cancel reservations subject to cancellation policies displayed during booking.
Refunds may be issued in cases including:

11. Prohibited Activities

Spot2Wait will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Insurance
Drivers must maintain valid automobile insurance as required by law.
Hosts are responsible for ensuring their property insurance allows parking activity.
Spot2Wait does not provide insurance coverage for vehicles or property.
15. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spot2Wait and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

16. Platform Availability
